The first time I went to Oceanaire was last November. The showroom was so big, the ambiance was so luxurious. I said to myself, "This is high end, Luxury at its best".
Every material made and will be placed on the 4 Towers of Oceanaire will be all High class.
Even the other developers admire the high standards that Oceanaire will be delivering.
Then I started to enter the rooms, the first room that I checked on was very spacious. I thought it was a one unit bedroom, BUT my manager told me that it is not even a one bedroom unit. It was just a studio unit.
I said "What? A studio unit?" I went back in front to check the specification of the unit and indeed it was a studio unit.

I see the space, I feel the space. Most of the condominium units that I have seen have small spaces. This one, is one of the best developers! The space, is really SPACE! Come to think of it, I am just on the first unit.
After going to the studio, my expectations towards the next few units got EVEN LARGER!
Now, lets go to the next unit, the 1 Bedroom Unit.
The 1 bedroom unit is at 69.28 sqm. OMG. parang 3 bedroom unit na to sa iba ha!
